1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to the use of the "HTML Screensaver" online service provided by Kajetan Jozefowski (kajomat.eu) via the website apps.kajomat.eu/screensaver.

2. Description of Service

The provider offers an online tool that allows users to display RSS feeds, custom text, and images as a screensaver effectively running in a web browser. The service is currently provided free of charge.

The provider strives to keep the service available without interruption but does not guarantee specific availability (uptime). The provider reserves the right to modify, restrict, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Account and Obligations

To use the personalized features (Dashboard), users must register an account. The user is responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential.

The user agrees not to use the service to:

• Display or store illegal, offensive, racist, or pornographic content.
• Infringe upon the copyrights or other rights of third parties.
• Distribute malware or execute attacks on the infrastructure.

The provider reserves the right to delete accounts and content immediately and without warning if these terms are violated.

4. Liability

The service is provided "as is". As the service is free of charge, the provider's liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. The provider assumes no liability for:

• Data loss (e.g., loss of configuration settings).
• The content of external RSS feeds displayed by the tool.
• The availability of the website.

5. External Content (RSS Feeds)

The user acknowledges that the content displayed via RSS feeds is generated by third parties. The provider has no influence on this content and does not adopt it as their own.

6. Termination

The user can stop using the service at any time. The provider may terminate the user relationship at any time, in particular by discontinuing the service or deleting the user account.

7. Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. If individual provisions of these GTC are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
