1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to the use of the "Kajomat RSS" service provided by Kajetan Jozefowski (hereinafter referred to as "Provider") via the website apps.kajomat.eu/rss/.

By registering for or using the service, the user agrees to these terms.

2. Service Description

The Provider offers a free online tool that allows registered users to create manually curated posts and generate an RSS feed from them. This feed can be used in compatible RSS readers or other applications.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". The Provider does not guarantee continuous availability, error-free operation, or specific uptime.

3. User Registration and Account

To use the service, users must register an account by providing a valid email address, a nickname, and a password. Users are obliged to:

Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Keep their login credentials (password) confidential and secure.
Notify the Provider immediately of any unauthorized use of their account.

4. Acceptable Use

Users are solely responsible for the content they create and publish via their RSS feeds. It is strictly prohibited to use the service for:

Publishing illegal, defamatory, obscene, or hateful content.
Distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful software.
Spamming or engaging in any form of automated harassment.
Infringing upon intellectual property rights of third parties.

The Provider reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

As the service is provided free of charge, the Provider’s liability is limited to intents and gross negligence. The Provider is not liable for:

Data loss or corruption (users should maintain their own backups).
Any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
Content published by users via the service.

6. Termination

Users may stop using the service at any time. The Provider reserves the right to discontinue the service or terminate a user's account at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

7. Changes to Terms

The Provider reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
